core groups

The goal for Core groups at Emmanuel is to gather regularly with 3-5 people of the same gender to deliberately pursue Jesus together.

To do this CORE groups meet together to practice some of the most neglected commands and disciplines of the Christian life.

We believe the 4 often overlooked practices detailed in this manual can produce disproportionate spiritual fruit
for the time and context in which we are called to follow Jesus.

Our hope is that this simple acronym will help you easily remember these practices and provide an accessible way
of discipling one another through meaningful, accountable relationships with others in the church.
