Our story

Getting started

The church started because God spoke to several people in lots of different ways about moving to the Greenwich area. People started moving and meeting together in the Autumn of 2007 always with the intention of launching a public Sunday meeting in September 2008.

Setting the culture

That first year was of huge importance as God added more people to the team with increasing diversity and multiple gifts. It was also important for us to define from the bible what kind of church we were going to be. We looked a lot at the gospels to learn from the ministry of Jesus, and we aimed to set a culture of radical obedience to Jesus’ words that was as close to the new testament as possible.
