It’s been a while since I put anything up, partly because of the arrival of our third son, Jude Benson Gibbs. He is settling into life in the real world very nicely and has pretty much mastered the 3 things he needs to do at the moment – feed, sleep and poo. I like to think I have imparted something there.
We have been looking at a section in the bible all about the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts in our Sunday meetings and have a couple more Sundays yet to go. If you are after more teaching and study on this theme I would recommend a few preachers to listen to / watch…
Terry Virgo is known for preaching and leading people into genuine encounters with the Holy Spirit. You can hear him teach on receiving the Holy Spirit.
John Piper taught on the Holy Spirit in Acts which you can listen to or read online.
